Commission is 20% of the revenue collected from a client (not the full amount the client pays), for the first 24 months of that client's subscription. paid monthly, as long as the client remains active. It's currently structured as a temporary/performance-based arrangement. if it's working well for both sides, we'll discuss what a longer term setup looks like.
